This return & refund regulation governs all merchandise bought via Anthonysmark.shop, with our brand committed to fully satisfying every client’s shopping experience.

    Customers can initiate return applications within 14 calendar days counted from package delivery date. Return or refund applications will get rejected once the 14-day valid window expires.
  2. Return Eligibility Standard (Home Cleaning Goods)

    Return requests will only pass validation when all below standards get satisfied:
  • Returned cleaning products must stay unused, unassembled and kept inside original intact factory packaging.
  • Valid purchase receipt or order confirmation proof must be provided upon return application submission.

    Items returned without prior official approval from our customer team will be refused upon warehouse receipt.

  • Step 2: After our team approves your return request, we deliver pre-paid return shipping label and detailed drop-off instructions.
  • Step 3: Securely repack items into original packaging and attach provided return label before shipping back.
  1. Return Shipping Expense & Restocking Charge
  • Defective/Shipping Damaged Goods: We cover all outbound return freight cost for factory defective items or carrier-damaged packages.
  • Voluntary Customer Return: If customers change purchase mind or select incorrect item specifications, our brand still bears full return delivery fees.
  • Restocking Cost: Zero restocking administrative fees applied on all authorized returned items.
